Once an order has been completed, you will receive an e-mail notification confirming placement of the order. This notification does not guarantee order completion and delivery.  In the rare occasion the item ordered is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible and allow you the opportunity to cancel your order; where-in a full refund is issued.
